Dear Push Button Publishing Member:

Please fill out the form below so that we can set up your FREE hosting account. We will be contacting you by e-mail in less than 48 hours (allow 2 business days) with instructions on how to upload your website to the servers and how to begin using your account.

You will be given a USER NAME and PASSWORD so you can access your account thru FTP and/or the Web-Based Control Panel that is provided with your account.

Your Control Panel is E-Z to use and is where you will be able to create your e-mail accounts, view site stats, install options such as FrontPage extensions, CGI scripts; set up auto-responders, monitor your disk space usage, and much more.

You may use this hosting account FREE OF CHARGE for as long as you stay an active Push Button Publishing member.

SPECIAL NOTICE: You pay NO FEES for the use of this account. However, if you wish to CHANGE the domain you host on the web server at anytime after you have set up your initial account, you may do so. A $15.00 set-up fee will apply to each time a hosting account CHANGES it's domain name. Thanks!

In order for us to set-up your account, and send you instructions, we need to have the following information:

In the event we cannot contact you thru the above e-mail, it is helpful if we can have an alternate contact for you. (For example, free e-mail accounts that are at full quota often bounce; many ISP's are now filtering much of your e-mail, etc..)
