I've been with TeknonMedia now for too many years to count. I wouldn't change. Just yesterday, I wrote to Greg that I knew I wasn't his only customer but he sure makes me feel special when he treats me as though I am. Every time I've had technical challenges, they respond very quickly and very thoroughly. I am most impressed with the special service that I've received on times when I've exceeded my bandwidth. They have even helped me to 'watch' my site to make sure it didn't go down during my special promotions and high traffic periods. Additionally, they've supported me through my growth periods with advice and when I needed "hand-holding". This is simply way beyond what my 'hosting payment' is supposed to provide.
